For over twenty years, Steven has litigated complex corporate and securities law disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Steven began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell, where he worked from 2001-2009, developing the skills he now brings to a specialized litigation practice focused on shareholder class actions, derivative litigation and corporate investigations. Steven has helped companies and shareholders obtain tens of millions of dollars in recoveries, significant corporate governance reforms, and disclosure benefits.

Steven is a member of the American Bar Association’s Class Actions & Derivative Suits Committee, the New York State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section Horizontal Restraints Committee, and the New York City Bar Association.

Robert’s legal practice is focused on identifying various forms of corporate misconduct and developing innovative legal strategies through which investors can pursue recoveries. Rob has developed a particular interest in breach of fiduciary duty actions involving, among other things, unauthorized and improper executive and director compensation, insider trading, and corporate waste.

Stephen’s practice at Purcell & Lefkowitz focuses on representing investors in class actions and derivative litigation.  Before joining Purcell & Lefkowitz, Stephen was a trial attorney at Abrams & Bayliss LLP, a leading business law boutique in Delaware.  At Abrams & Bayliss, Stephen gained significant litigation experience representing investors, directors and officers, corporations, and alternative entities in complex corporate and commercial disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court.  Stephen also advised on corporate governance and transactional matters involving novel or complex issues of Delaware corporate law.  Stephen began his career as a transactional attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.

Omer Kremer, Associate

Prior to joining the firm, Omer gained significant transactional and litigation experience handling a variety of complex financial, securities, and business matters.
